Une couleur jaune pâle brillante. Un nez floral et bien équilibré. Ce pinot gris a des notes d’abricot sec et fleurs banches soutenues par une belle acidité. Une finale saline exhibe sa fraicheur.

A brilliant pale-yellow color. A floral and well-balanced nose. This Pinot Gris 2021 has notes of dried apricot and white flowers supported by a nice acidity. A saline finish shows off its freshness.

La vivacité de ce Pinot Gris du Sud se marie harmonieusement avec des huitres, un ceviche ou un fish and chips. En plat, nous l’apprécions sur un risotto aux champignons, un curry de haddock et des fallafels.
